Isaac's Baptism

Today we celebrated Isaac's baptism. The weather wasn't the greatest so we had a smaller than normal crowd, but it was sure great to see the family members that could make it. Isaac was a real trooper and didn't cry at all...I think the priest had to use extra holy water and oil on all of his hair!

Isaac's 2 Month Stats

Today we had Isaac's 2 month appointment. He handled his shots like a trooper and got a clean bill of health from the doctor. Here's a recap of his stats:

Height: 24" (90%)
Weight: 12 lbs. 10 oz (75%)
Head: 38 1/2 cm (25%)

As I'm sure you can imagine, Dad was excited that Isaac continues to track in the upper percentages for height.

Daddy's Boys

Since Mom has been spending quite a bit of time with Isaac, I have taken advantage of having 100% of Dad's attention. I've always been a Daddy's Boy, and Mom said that was probably a good thing, as I seemed to have transitioned quite well to having Isaac join our family.

Mr. Smiles...Well, Maybe Not

Isaac started smiling last week and it's been so much fun trying different methods to get him to smile. In the following video, Daddy was giving it his best effort to get a smile....but he got a surprise instead. As you can see, Isaac is still dealing with reflux, but he handles it like a trooper.

Happy Valentine's Day

I couldn't wait to get home from Kamie's today to check out my special Valentine's Day bag that was filled with all kinds of goodies from my friend's at daycare. Mom said I better be careful, as Dad has a real sweet tooth and may try to take my loot.

Mommy's LIttle Helper

At first when Isaac arrived, I didn't seem to mind the extra company, but honestly was not all that interested in playing with him. Recently I have decided it was time for me to be Mom's helper, so I like to give Isaac his "nuky" when he cries, I let him know 'It's OK Isaac, don't cry, it's OK", and most of all I love it when he lays by me when Mom reads me my bedtime story.

Chillin at the Holiday Inn

This weekend we got to stay at the Holiday Inn in St. Cloud with Mom's friends & their families. It was lots of fun playing with the other kids and swimming in the pool. Dad was really impressed that I had no fear when it came to jumping in the pool. I think Mom said we're going to make this an annual event, and I'm already looking forward to next year! Here's a pict of Mom & Isaac with Auntie Kenzie & Sawyer...I think these two are going to give each other a run for their money in the hair department for years to come! Here's a couple of picts of me hanging out with my buddy Jackson. He's into a lot of the same things as me...Cars, Toy Story, etc.

Relaxing In the Tub

Ever since Isaac's first bath, he's been a big fan of the bath tub. As you can see, he gets quite relaxed once he's soaking in the warm water.
